Spruance DDG-963 and Foster DDG-964

by Harry Dole on September 10, 2017

August 17, 1974

The USN’s Spruance DDG-963 and Foster DDG-964 were in the water at Ingalls Shipbuilding, Pascagoula MS as we cruised past going to the commissioning of the USN Parche.

The last DDG963 pic is from a different trip down the river.
