August 17, 1974 The USN’s Spruance DDG-963 and Foster DDG-964 were in the water at Ingalls Shipbuilding, Pascagoula MS as we cruised past going to the commissioning of the USN Parche. The last DDG963 pic is from a different trip down the river.
